Payment & Billing / Subscription Terms

These Payment & Billing / Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to all one-time purchases and subscription orders placed with Nulsi (“Nulsi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via our website and customer portal. They form part of our overall Terms of Use.

By placing an order or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms.


1. Prices, Currency & Taxes

1.1 Prices
All prices are shown in the currency indicated on our website (for example EUR / USD) and apply at the time you place your order.

1.2 Taxes & duties
Where applicable, taxes (such as VAT) are included or displayed separately at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes or local fees are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

1.3 Price changes
We may change product and subscription prices from time to time.
For active subscriptions, we will notify you in advance of any price change. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel your subscription before the next renewal (see Section 6).


2. Payment Methods & Authorization

2.1 Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example credit/debit card, PayPal, local payment methods, etc.). Available methods may vary by country.

2.2 Payment processing
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total amount of your order (products, shipping, taxes, and, where applicable, recurring subscription charges).

2.3 Card storage
For subscriptions, your payment details may be stored securely by our payment provider to allow automatic recurring charges. We do not store full card details on our own servers.

2.4 Billing information
You are responsible for keeping your billing information (card details, billing address, email) accurate and up to date. You can update this via your customer portal or by contacting us at support@nulsi.com.


3. One-Time Purchases

3.1 Immediate charge
For one-time orders (non-subscription), your payment method is charged at checkout when you place your order.

3.2 Order confirmation
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. This email does not guarantee availability; if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you and issue a refund where applicable.


4. Subscription Overview

4.1 How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription (for example, recurring deliveries of Nulsi Menopause Comfort Gummies):

  • you select your desired delivery frequency (e.g. every 4 weeks / 8 weeks),

  • your subscription will automatically renew at that interval, and

  • your saved payment method will be charged before each shipment.

4.2 What’s included
Subscription details (products, quantity, price, discount, frequency) are displayed at checkout and in your customer portal. Any promotional gifts or discounts associated with a subscription may be time-limited and subject to separate conditions.


5. Recurring Billing & Auto-Renewal

5.1 Recurring charges
By starting a subscription, you authorize Nulsi to automatically charge your chosen payment method for:

  • the initial order, and

  • all subsequent renewal orders at the interval you selected, until you cancel.

5.2 Billing dates
Renewal charges are generally processed shortly before each scheduled shipment date. We may send you reminder emails about upcoming renewals and invoices where applicable.

5.3 Changes to payment method
If your payment method expires or is declined, you must update your details in the customer portal. Until you do so, we may pause future shipments.


6. Managing, Pausing & Cancelling Your Subscription

6.1 Customer portal
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal (link provided in your subscription emails) or by contacting us at support@nulsi.com.

6.2 Skip / reschedule / pause
Depending on the options available in our system, you may be able to:

  • skip an upcoming order,

  • move a delivery date, or

  • temporarily pause your subscription.

Any changes must be made before your next renewal is processed; once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot usually be changed.

6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to any minimum term that was clearly stated at sign-up (for example, certain promotional offers may require a minimum number of charges).

  • Cancellation applies to future renewal orders only.

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not automatically refunded by cancelling.

6.4 Confirmation
When you cancel, pause or change your subscription, you are responsible for ensuring you receive and keep any confirmation email as proof of the change.


7. Failed Payments

7.1 Payment retries
If a subscription payment fails, our system may automatically retry the charge a number of times within a specified period.

7.2 Account actions
If payment continues to fail:

  • your upcoming orders may be skipped or paused, and

  • we may contact you to update your payment method.

We are not obliged to ship products without successful payment.


8. Free Trials, Intro Offers & Discounts

8.1 Introductory offers
From time to time, we may offer discounted introductory prices, free gifts, or trial periods for subscriptions. Unless stated otherwise:

  • intro prices apply only to the first charge or specified trial period, and

  • subsequent renewals are billed at the then-current regular subscription price.

8.2 Conditions
Each promotion or discount code is subject to its own terms (for example, duration, eligibility, country, single-use, stackability with other offers). We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time, in accordance with applicable law.


9. Refunds & Returns for Subscription Orders

9.1 General rules
Refund and return options for subscription orders follow our Return & Refund Policy, which is available on our website and forms part of these Terms.

9.2 Cooling-off (where applicable)
If consumer protection laws in your country give you a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases, those rights apply as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Certain products (for example opened or used dietary supplements) may be excluded for health and safety reasons, as allowed by law.


10. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@nulsi.com so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct any error.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe is unjustified.


11. Changes to Payment & Subscription Terms

We may update these Payment & Billing / Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting your subscription (such as price changes or billing frequency changes) will be communicated to you in advance by email or through the customer portal.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Continued use of the subscription after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
