Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nulsi (“Nulsi”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We want you to feel confident and supported on your menopause journey. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or return.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Overview

Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, we have to balance safety & hygiene with fairness to our customers.

This policy covers:

  • Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • When you can return or receive a refund

  • How to request a return or refund

  • Special rules for subscriptions

  • Your statutory rights (for EU/EEA/UK customers)

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.


2. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to have time to see how Nulsi works for you. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order.

2.1 What’s included

For your first purchase of a Nulsi product:

  • You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund if you are not satisfied.

  • You may open and try one unit (e.g. one bottle).

  • Any additional-unopened units in the same order should be returned to us, if requested.

2.2 What we may ask for

To process a satisfaction refund, we may ask you to:

  • share your experience or reason (to help us improve), and

  • provide photos of the product(s) and packaging, or

  • return remaining product(s) to a return address we provide.

We reserve the right to deny a satisfaction refund if we have evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of the guarantee (e.g. repeated claims).


3. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

Because of health and hygiene regulations, we cannot resell opened supplements.

3.1 Unopened products

If you simply change your mind and:

  • the product is unopened,

  • in its original packaging, and

  • within [14] days of delivery ,

you may be eligible for a return or refund, subject to:

  • you contacting us first (see Section 5), and

  • shipping the product back to us (return shipping may be at your cost unless otherwise required by law).

3.2 Opened products

Except for the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee described above, we generally cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened products for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [7–14 days] of delivery.

Email: support@nulsi.com, and include:

  • your order number,

  • clear photos of the product and packaging, and

  • a short description of the issue.

Once we verify the issue, we will, at our discretion:

  • send a replacement,

  • issue a full or partial refund, or

  • provide another appropriate solution.

Please do not dispose of the product or packaging until your claim has been processed.


5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at support@nulsi.com

  2. Include:

    • your full name

    • order number

    • email used at checkout

    • reason for your request

    • photos, if relevant (damage, defect, wrong item, etc.)

  3. Wait for our response with:

    • confirmation of eligibility,

    • return instructions (if applicable), and

    • any return address or label.

5.1 Return shipping

  • If the issue is our fault (damaged, incorrect, defective), we will usually cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or send a replacement without requiring a return.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.


6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (if a return is required) or approve your request:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method where possible.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We may deduct:

  • any shipping costs that are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or legal requirements), and

If your refund is delayed longer than 10 business days after our confirmation, please contact your bank or card provider first, then contact us at support@nulsi.com.


7. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

7.1 Cancelling future renewals

You can cancel your subscription any time before the next renewal is processed by:

  • using your customer portal (link in your subscription emails), or

  • contacting us at support@nulsi.com.

Cancellation applies to future charges and shipments only.

7.2 Already processed subscription orders

If a subscription renewal has already:

  • been processed, or

  • shipped,

it is treated like a regular order under this policy. It:

  • cannot be automatically cancelled or refunded, but

  • may still be eligible for the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (if it is your first order), or

  • for a damaged/defective claim, subject to the rules above.


8. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Unless required by law, we generally cannot refund or accept returns for:

  • Opened supplement bottles (except under the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

  • Products returned more than 60 days after the delivery date

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items

  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase

  • Products not purchased directly from nulsi.com (please contact the retailer you bought from)


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error with a charge or a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@nulsi.com so we can help quickly.

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without contacting us, it may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are fraudulent or inconsistent with this policy.


10. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EEA/UK Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period), subject to certain exceptions.

10.1 Cooling-off period

  • The 14-day period typically starts on the day you receive your order.

  • To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the cooling-off period (e.g. by email).

10.2 Exceptions for opened supplements

Under EU/UK law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

This usually includes opened dietary supplements.

In practice, this means:

  • Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for withdrawal/refund under statutory rules.

  • Opened bottles may not be eligible under statutory withdrawal law, but may still be covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Section 2), which is more generous than the legal minimum.

10.3 How statutory refunds work

If you exercise your statutory withdrawal right:

  • We will refund the product price and the standard shipping cost (if applicable) in accordance with the law.

  • You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we are required by law to cover it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version.

Changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted. For ongoing subscriptions, we will apply changes in line with our general Terms of Use and local consumer laws.
